Thank you for your interest in our community. Boji Home Builders knows that Realtor cooperation is an important part of our success. We appreciate your confidence and look forward to working with you and your client on the purchase of their new home.
This agreement is contingent upon the following without exception:

1. Completion of this form in its entirety with all proper signatures and dates. Complete a separate form for each community your client may be considering. 
2. Personally accompany your client on their initial visit to the community’s sales office/model and submit this completed form to our Sales Agent.

5. Your client must complete a visitor registration form at their first visit to the community notifying us they are working with you.
6. As the Realtor, you are protected with this client for 30 days from the date of first visit or the signature date below. The protection period may be extended by written agreement. 
7. This registration is protected and the “co-op commission” will be paid, provided your client enters into a Purchase and Building Agreement within 30 days from the first visit. The time period may be extended by re-registering your client(s) prior to the expiration date.
8. If your client has previously registered on their own at a Boji Home Builders community, this agreement will be void and you will not be eligible for compensation. 
9. Realtors will receive 3% commission of the base price at closing. 
10. If settlement does not occur for any reason, the undersigned agrees that no commission will be paid.
    

This agreement expires 30 days from date form is submitted.

​ Registration: In order to earn an Agent Referral/Co-Op fee, Agent must accompany buyer into the community sales office and register them on buyer’s first visit -OR- complete the online Pre-Registration form prior to the Buyer’s first visit to the community sales office. Registration forms are considered complete ONLY after the registration form has been signed by the Referring Agent, Buyer, and community sales representative. The registration is effective for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of registration. No fee will be paid when Agent is acting as a principal buyer. Not valid if Buyer has previously registered with, or visited Boji Home Builders sales office. Agent will receive the fee payment at the close of escrow. Agent must be a legal U.S. resident and an active licensed real estate agent. Boji Home Builders reserves the right to discontinue or modify this program at any time.
